Song of the day........Meat Loaf with "I'd Lie For You"

I think he's the master of the rock ballad to be honest. They are all just so good, and most clock in at close to ten minutes strong. This is one of my favorites, because it wasn't on the radio every ten minutes when I was growing up like some of his more popular tracks. It has some great guitar parts in it, and I love the drum part at the chorus. Patti Russo and Meat Loaf's vocals just mesh perfectly on this, as they do on all of Meat Loaf's albums.
